We contracted with Floortrends to do our basement flooring and the whole experience was very good, communication, timing and value. Paul came to do the installation and worked alone over 2 days and did an impeccable job. He worked hard to install the flooring, move the furniture around and was always very agreeable and pleasant in his manner. A great experience all round. Thank you all.
Our experience with Floortrends in Cobourg was great. Sunder was patient with my indecision as i wanted the perfect shade and the installers Richard and Ryan were friendly, timely, detail oriented and clean. I would definately recommend.
Awesome! Awesome! It was absolutely refreshing to deal with all of the staff at Floortrends from start to finish. It has been a long time since we have had such wonderful customer service, and up front honesty, which seems to be a thing of the past these days. Jamie, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and was quite helpful and took her time in helping us pick out all the flooring products for our basement. Once we settled on the products , the total bill had no hidden charges or additions, and no changes to delivery date and installation time we were given. The installer was very experienced , efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. He actually finished almost a whole day ahead of schedule. What a wonderful team!! We would highly recommend FloorTrends to whoever is looking to have some flooring done.
My experience I just had with Floor Trends was fantastic. Sunder, was great to deal with and my two favorite installers Richard and Ryan were wonderful. They were professional, very experienced, meticulous and so clean! Even my garage looked brand new after they were done! I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship! I highly recommend!!
The sales associate here was amazing she was very helpful and I felt very comfortable with her. She showed me multiple panels and took her time with me,was so nice not to feel rushed and to have her attention. Took some panels home but husband and I couldn't agree on a color. They wished me luck with my install ,that was really nice. Will check them out when we get around to doing the basement. Thanks for your time and help.
We recently purchased carpet for our bedrooms and stairwell from Floortrends and found the staff Sunder and Jamie to be very helpful. The installers Richard and Ryan were very pleasant and did a great job. Over all everthing was very proffesionally done and would recommend Floortrends to anyone.

The installer Zolton and his crew were professional, polite and extremely efficient. The install was done quickly and precisely! We are very happy with our new floor and would recommend Floortrends to our friends and family.
Very satisfied with our visit from this location. Sunder is very helpful and guide us for other options to choose since I had my wife and daughter decides what type and color of flooring we are going to buy. He helped me until I received my order .
Excellent service and variety of choices. Jaime was very helpful throughout the process and they help my tiles at their location for almost 2 months until I my project was ready to begin. Also, very competitive pricing. I would recommend you go to Floor Trends and see Jaime for any flooring project.
