Wilf and Randy are great to deal with. They have lots of stock and if they don't have something they usually get it in real quick

Wade is a very good ambassador for this Nedco store. I wanted a unique light switch and he told me it would take a while to get it and offered other suggestions. Because he did, I ordered the switch from him. As he professionally managed my expectations, with some humor,  when I received it today, I was happy with the experience.

Stopped by this branch in Cobourg for the first time, and spoke to a young man at the branch named Wade.  He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  I normally go to another distributor in the area.... but think I may switch my business to this branch.  Service was excellent!

Worst customer service. Both staff and managers don't return calls regarding orders, delivery times and product information.
