Cobourg Home Hardware Building Centre

Came in to purchase a new BBQ last Thursday. We've purchased our previous bbq here and loved the service they provided. This visit was a very different story. There was no staff to assist us except for a gentlemen who was busy with another customer. We walked around the outside showroom but all the bbqs we liked did not have price tags. One my husband liked was even dirty with grease and used. Yuck.

Very fortunate!!! A month ago we were on our way to Toronto and we happened to stop in Cobourg. My wife had to pick up something downtown but I also had to make a quick stop at a hardware store. WOW! When I got back to the car I told my wife we had to come back and look at the kitchen displays. Today we made the trip there and we were not disappointed. Sabrina was awesome! Her friendly no pressure approach was refreshing! She took her time and answered all of our questions. We will definitely will be going back to work through a design with her! You can tell by the pictures this Home Hardware has a great setup and many displays.

Been 8 days and I still have not received a refund for an illegal and unauthorized charge to my bank account for custom blinds. I’m late with my mortgage payment because of them. I’ll never step foot in this store again anywhere. One store has completely ruined the entire brand for me

We have been to this store multiple times and always get great help. Ian , the manager is always available, Tim at the pro deskj always makes time for customers, we had a great experience with Adrian yesterday and all the cashier's are super friendly and efficient.

Great experience on our first visit last weekend. We didn’t catch his name, but he was the big guy with a beard. He took the time to walk us through our plumbing emergency and show us exactly what we needed, in terms we could understand.
