Exceptional customer service, lovely and friendly people. They're truly knowledgeable and care about your needs rather than just selling. Their prices are very reasonable and you'll feel amazing dealing with them. 10/10... totally recommended

Staff is helpful, patient, and honest. They give you more flooring than you need but are willing to take back what you don't use up. Their prices are reasonable with great customer service and genuine concern for your happiness with your flooring. They are not snobby like some other places and yet they do carry high end products.
