We've Been using Roxanne's for almost 20 yrs and our Mom has NEVER been disappointed! We live in the US and no matter whom we speak with, they are ALWAYS WONDERFUL! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I called this lady and spoke French with her with the understanding that she would deliver an arrangement of a 3 bird of paradise and 5 roses (matching the colours of the bird of paradise) with greenery in a container with decorative rocks to be delivered at the tomb and of my mother and father Lucien et Claire Pion. She promised me that she would take a picture and email it to me. This was Thurs. the t5th of Sept. By Mond. the 19th I still hadn"t received the email and I phone her and she said in a laughing manner that she had forgotten and that she would do it that day. Soit qu'elle m'a mentit ou elle n'a vraiment pas une bonne mémoire parce que je n'ai aucun courriel de cette dame et nous sommes à la fin de la journée du jeudi le 22 septembre, 11:45p.m. J'ai payé $125.00 pour le service. Si elle ne veut plus de mon argent dans le future c'est d'accord avec moi. Elle n'est pas le seule fleuriste au Canada. Je demeure à Vancouver. Je suis très désappointé et ma revue n'est certainement pas favorable.
