Mother's Day floral arrangement was never received.  I contacted the company many times for an explanation, and then as the days passed for a refund.  They are unresponsive to emails and voice messages.  Horrible customer service.  Save yourself the stress and frustration by ordering from a decent floral shop.

They never pick up their damn phone.  And sometimes it forwarded to a number that doesn't have a vm set up.
