The best fries I’ve ever had!! For real!! The burger and shake were phenomenal too! Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. It was our first time there and the person working the counter did an excellent job explaining the menu and helping us decide what to order. Fun & clean atmosphere. So glad we tried it, we will absolutely be back!
I'm a door dash driver and I just want to say that the 2 people who were working at lunchtime on 2-23 deserve a raise. There were 30+ delivery orders while I was there and the 2 employees handled everything in stride with professional attitudes. Not the case at other restaurants and I just wanted to say if you're a manager and you're reading this, don't let let these two go anywhere. They deserve to be commended.
Good food; We got the grilled cheese burger and fries with a shake. Prices are a little high. I didn't think it was anything extraordinary to explain the prices but it was tasty. Great customer service and communication. Clean dining area.Food: 4/5
Burgers were good, as were the fries, but the prices are way too high for what's offered. A hot dog for $10? I've never paid that much for a hot dog, & I've been to pricey events, NYC, Chicago Dog, etc. Won't be back, just due to the prices. Could go to so many other places & get more food, for much cheaper. I will say, the employees were amazingly friendly & hard workers.
Can not express enough how awesome the crew is! Food friendly off the chain awesomely great! Get everything you want, as it's all great! Hats off to all of you. Friday night was busy, but they nailed it! Food: 5/5
They were very busy, but they did a great job for only being 3 crew members... Fry's were off on this visit only... Keep up the good food... You asked which foods we would recommend... ALL OF THE MENU...Food: 5/5
Derrick wouldn't let me order till his question "Have you been here before". Was acknowledged...Even tho I asked for 2 little burgers..one All the way. He was super rude to me. I won't be returning to the Appleton location. Perhaps Derrick can enroll in charm school.
The service was good. Food not so great the fries taste like grease. Prices are not worth it.
It was good but the one thing they lacked for taste was the burger taste un seasoned. It needs seasoning. The foods very very expensive too for a fast food chain. It was $58 for two small fries, two shakes and two burger.
Very nice place. The fries are amazing. The prices are very high. I was surprised to see processed cheese on the burger. For that kind of money, I expected to see real cheese. The staff was very friendly. They were actively cleaning as I sat down. The 80's music was at a pleasant volume. Overall, very nice but too expensive.
