Do not waste your time going here. Employees don't care, are VERY rude!
The food itself is good enough to keep me coming back but the customer service is iffy.
Have been at Charleys subs many times went yesterday and was overcharged and the Manager was passing out tip money in front of customer's, Very unprofessional.
Cashier wasn't friendly, refused to use our rewards points towards free sub.
I just don’t understand why y’all think lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo should come standard on a cheesesteak. In what world is that a thing? Even when I request no additional toppings, y’all try to put those extras on. Why? Ruins an otherwise okay cheesesteak. Stop doing this.
