FitCamp Express offers a 30 minute workout suited for all fitness levels. No need to wait for a class anymore. Come in anytime we are open for a quick but intense workout that is guaranteed to challenge you!
How does it work?
We preset 9 stations of full body workouts. You send 3 minutes on each station before a one minute break to switch stations. Stations include but are not limited to:
High Intensity Training
Boxing & Kickboxing
Core Workouts
Running
Strength Training
Stretching
Onsite training to help push and motivate you
