I've been a member at this gym for a couple years now. One of the best communities I've ever been a part of. Great gym to drop into, the large gym space and flexible open gym/class schedule allows for a good mix of group workouts in a class environment and space/time to do your own work and mobility. Great coaching, programming and equipment and most importantly of all an awesome atmosphere and community.
