Do not fall into this Fit4Less trap! The staff is completely incompetent, the customer service is deplorable, and the facility's hygiene is nonexistent.nnThey will literally trick you into losing your membership and overcharging you.nnMy wife and I went to this location to cancel our memberships specifically to avoid the upcoming annual renewal fee. We did the cancellation at the end of April, exactly one day before the cutoff deadline, to ensure we wouldn't be charged at the end of May. The staff member who processed it explicitly assured us and confirmed that we were on time and would **NOT** be charged for the next cycle.nnRight after, we received an automated email stating the exact opposite—that we would be billed for the next 30 days anyway. We chose to trust the employee's verbal confirmation, but the charge hit our bank account anyway.nnBecause it was for both me and my wife, the cost was completely doubled.nnHere is the main issue: If this employee actually had proper training and told us that we had missed the deadline, WE WOULD NOT HAVE CANCELED.nnWe wanted to keep working out! But because he stupidly lied and guaranteed we could cancel to avoid the fee, we got hit with the charges anyway, our memberships were terminated, and now we have no gym to go to.nnIf we want to return, we have to pay brand new membership setup fees. Because of his incompetence, we are essentially being forced to pay four times the original amount just to get back to where we started.nnWhen I went back to get this resolved, the exact same employee was there, and his attitude was atrocious. He was extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. He has zero conflict-resolution skills and absolutely no idea how to handle a stressful situation. Instead of admitting his mistake or trying to fix it, he started pointing fingers, refused to provide any corporate contact numbers or management info, and treated me with pure disrespect.nn**As for the facility itself: IT IS A FILTHY DUMP.**nI am attaching pictures because the camera doesn't lie. The hygiene here is a joke:n* Treadmills and leg machines are constantly broken or out of service for weeks.n* The entire place is incredibly dirty with dust.n* To make matters worse and prove how completely unmanaged and unsafe this place is, there is literally a homeless person who sleeps on the stretching mats regularly.nnA total lack of respect for paying customers. Garbage service, and a disgusting facility.

This gym doesn’t even deserve 1 star lol. The water fountain/whatever u call that has been broken for 3 months and still hasn’t been fixed, which forces members to get water and drink it from the washroom. Really disappointing. Some equipment and machines are also constantly broken especially the StairMaster. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a gym.

I’m very dissatisfied because I pay a monthly membership mainly so I can come and take a shower after work. Most of the time after work I go somewhere else and I don’t want to go all the way home just to shower, so I pay for the gym mainly to use the showers and then leave. That’s basically the only reason I come here.nHowever, the showers almost never work. So I’m not sure if I’m paying for nothing, because every two or three weeks the showers stop working. Right now they’ve been out of service for more than a week. There’s no one available to assist, no one answers the phone, and there’s no information about when they will be fixed.nBecause of this, I’m seriously considering cancelling my membership.

In this gym, we have 6 months without water! And there is only one shot. What happened Fit4less? Canada has the freshest water reserve and you can't give us some water?

I think this gym cannot provide the basic things members need, which will definitely affect its success in the long run. Some machines are always broken, the washrooms are not very clean, the water fountain does not work, and there is often no soap in the washroom, to mention just a few issues. If you have access to another gym, it is probably better not to waste your money here.
