I offer one on one personal training, small group training (2-4 people), large group training (5-8), group classes, and running classes. I'm a busy mom that loves exercise, food and nutrition. I assume that everyone else is as busy and I try to maximize your time as much as possible. I know that weight loss is 80% nutrition, but exercise will make you feel and look years younger. I love to motivate people through laughter and encouragement. I know that exercise and nutrition isn't always easy, but we can at least make it fun. I'm realistic and understanding. I'll help you with weights and nutrition. We're in this together- if you don't succeed I'm going to find out why and help you reach that goal.
