Offering Adult and Youth Classes in: Jeet Kune Do Concepts ~ JKD unlimited MMA for the Street TM ~ Personal Training ~ 30 minute Boot Camp
We are an affiliate school of the Minnesota Kali Group and teach our Jeet Kune Do Concepts under Sifu Rick Faye. These are the concepts taught in both our youth and adult classes.
We are the only school in the state that offers classes in the Jeet Kune Do Unlimited MMA for the Street TM system. This system offers a real life approach to your Jeet Kune Do training in a safe environment. Sparring with resistance is a component of this class and it is only offered to adults and older, mature youth.
Our 30 minute Boot Camp is available as an addition to our martial arts classes or a stand alone class. This class is sure to change your life.
We offer Personal Training by certified personal trainers for both fitness and martial arts goals.
