I love this gym!   All of the coaches are awesome, helpful, and so encouraging!  Theie programs (BootKamp, 28 Day Kickstart and Little Black Dress Project) are awesome and get results!

I've tried many gyms and working out at home with no success.  This gym is the perfect fit for me!  I'm losing weight, getting in shape and having fun at the same time.  The trainers are friendly and fun while giving a good workout with support, guidance and motivation.  The members are also supportive and helpful to each other.  I highly recommend checking it out!

I love this gym! I hadn't worked out in a few years and was full of excuses as to why not. I joined the bootkamp and gym after that. I love it. The coaches are amazing, they help and encourage you throughout your workout. Stop by and check it out, you won't regret it. This is one program you WILL actually see results!

This is the perfect gym for those who want a well-rounded, energetic workout and support from members and staff! Todd, Jodi, Mike, Andrew and Gwen are the best trainers, and the motivation I get from the other members is amazing. If you are struggling to make it to the gym or work out on your own, check it out!
