Giving 4 stars for the food quality and staff.  The food tasted good but the portion was quite small. The bowl looks huge but it's actually shallow.  The unlimited rice catch is great for rice lover.  The credit card surcharge was a surprise, it should have been mentioned at the beginning.  Staff were informative and friendly with good attitudes.  Overall experience was ok, but feels like the restaurant was cheaping out in certain areas which does not bring a good impression for your brand.  And those friends and family 5 star reviews...

Yesterday we went here for dinner for the first time and we were impressed with the food  and the service. Normally going to Chinese Restaurant we don't expect great customer service but at this restaurant all the servers were very courteous and friendly. Throughout the dinner experience servers will constantly check on us to see how is the food and offer additional rice if needed it. The staff are amazing.  The food was delicious we ordered the Laotan Snake head combo comes with a drink and deep fried pork.  The taste of the broth was very flavourful and had a kick of spice. The fish was very fresh with the perfect tenderness. The drink we had was Orange Crush was very refreshing and not too sweet which was perfect. The bill was $45 with two drinks and combo including tips and tax.  Overall experience I will rate 10/10 for service because in this type of restaurant and the level of warm service is amazing. Food definitely 10/10 because is delicious and the price is decent will definitely go back again.  Highly recommend

Tried this new restaurant. Friendly service. Food was quite tasty and filling. You get unlimited refills for your rice! Reasonably priced especially if you share a large portion. Will go back to try their other flavoursFood: 5/5

The food is delicious, it can give 5 stars. However, nobody ask me when I arrived. After 10 mins, still no one ask me anything! Then, there are no one ask me still when the waiter look at me and pass me by three times after I stand up again. After I ask them, the oder has already completed and packed on the table when I arrived there! Super disappointed!
