First Impressions

I have been to first impressions a few times when Erin worked there and I never had any issues she was the BEST hairdresser I have seen in a while but she left which was a good choice , now to the owner/hairdresser Donna. I spent an hour on phone explaining my thick curly hair situation and how I like it thinned out as much as possible before it ruins haircut.. she decided to take me on herself (I'd like to add that I have NEVER had an issue with a hair dresser ) she seems to be very happy and acts like she knows what she is doing, however, she thinned my hair out sooooooo much that the sides of my hair were so thin and if my hair went in a pony it looked like a rat's tail.. I was so unhappy and she wouldn't do anything but offer to take more off which makes no sense.. my hair was past shoulders and became 2 inches above shoulders.. Donna needs to only cut men's hair . If you like your hair DO NOT go to Donna.. it's now been 6 months and my hair is still taking forever to grow and never takes this long.. shows how much she cut off.. hopefully this helps any new people to simcoe..

Beautiful place, super-nice people and excellent hair stylists. I went there for a cut & colour about a year and a half ago and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.
