Eden Day Spa

I booked a European pedicure at Eden day spa. Their web site listed it as a 90-minute pedicure that cost $55. My pedicure was completely over in 45 minutes. When I asked about it, their explanation was that some people’s feet take longer to treat than others. I agree with that theory BUT they did not do anything to extend my pedicure at all. They did not give me a longer foot massage in order to bring my spa time closer to 90 minutes. In fact, there was almost no massage at all. To make matters worse when I went to pay they charged me $60.00, not the $55 which is the price listed on their web site for a European pedicure. They should have charged me $39, which is the price of their “express pedicure” and more in keeping with the treatment I received. I will never go back to Eden Day Spa, which is part of Dolmor Salon, and I certainly would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellence in service.
