First Choice Haircutters

I had my mom in there this morning for a hair wash. Brittany was our stylist. Even though it was just a wash she took her time and made sure she looked after my mom. I just wanna say that she was amazing with my mom. We were both highly impressed with her compassion and attention. I wish everyone was like her. Way to go Brittany!!!!

Worst haircut ive ever gotten. Woman didn't say one word to me except sorry when she would nick my ear with the buzzer. She began to hack my hair with sissors like she was 5 years old. My bangs are terribly uneven and I didn't notice how bad they were till I left cuz she quickly put wax in my hair before asking if I was happy with the cut. Terrible. Not impressed at all.

Will not return. Went on Saturday for a TRIM, and came out looking like I had been drafted for the army. Stylist asked if I wanted scissors or razor. I said scissors and she started hacking off my hair. Told her to take about an inch off. I have less than an inch left in places. Very disappointed.

Called to tell this hair dressers that they need to sanitize and do diligence in preventing passing along hair lice. I went to get my hair cut here a couple weeks ago and a couple days after could not stop itching! I got my boyfriend to check and recheck my hair and he only just found the actual lice today. I called but they said being two weeks since my appointment I could have gotten it anywhere, and that they refuse any customers with lice. Well first off, I'm a stay at home mom who spends all my time at home with my only child who has no hair yet. I haven't had any visitors and have not had lice since I was a very young child and have a very ritualistic routine. And secondly - you're telling me you check every bodies head for lice before you cut? No - if you see the lice during a cut you have to finish. Also have heard many bad reviews about first choice not following cleaning protocol with their hair utensils. Very disappointed with the service and how they handled this situation and frankly disgusted. If I could put 0 stars I would and I will never be going there again!!! 😡😡😡
