Hair Today

This salon has no customer service what so ever. I came in with a friend to get a refund for her "perm" she received. Which is more so described as a frizzy, fish hook, mess. The lady told her she would have a look at it on Monday - Today is Saturday. My friend asked to be fully refunded so she could find a salon today who could fix her hair. The lady said she would look at it Monday and my friend told her she would like the money back so she could fix her hair, it is not fair to her to leave her hair like this any longer, and she would expect from the manger of the Salon that she would not want one of her customers walking around like that as a representation of her salon. She than agreed for the full refund. I took my friend in to get her money - my friend said that she was there for a refund for her hair. Their were other customers in the reception area - the manager grabbed an envelope, slammed it on the counter and walked away. No sorry, no offer for a free hair cut, nothing. I do not know how some Salon's stay open with customer service like this. Mistakes are made and surely can be fixed but the actions of this owner was something else.
