I had beautiful highlights in my hair and it got ruined. They don't know how to color hair here. Please take my advice and don't have your hair colored at this location. Unless you want to spend you night crying and hate your hair.

I had a very positive experience at this location last week! I didn't have to wait at all before being helped. Heather, the manager, was great - she didn't impose her opinions but asked me what style I wanted, clarified it with one of the style books, and then explained what she would do to make it happen. She spent a long time on my "stubborn" hair, because she wanted me to "walk out of the salon looking great". Heather was also a great person to just chat with while she was working! I have to say I'm not always happy with my haircuts at various First Choices but this was my first time at this location and it went quite well. Thanks Heather!

Walked in with an awesome beard, asked for a trim, got worst cut/reshape ever! A trim is the same style only cleaned up. Not reshaping or cut. Just awful.

They dont know how to cut hair ask for a trim did nothing the way i asked and left it alot longer on the one side

Very bad haircut! These people here really need to get retrained! I would not recommend First Choice to anyone! Unless you want cheap service. Would never come back.
