The girl who made my order was great...she didn't skimp in the ingredients but she didn't go to far either. This was the first pita pit that asked if I wanted onions peppers and mushrooms...i was not sure why they were asking...they saute these ingredients with the protein! Never had that before! Maybe they are thrifty on the protein? Not sure but the pita tasted great! The last pita pit we were at in Stratford they were very skimpy with everything!...and the girl who made my order was not friendly at all...no smiles...she kinda looked angry. I'd return to this pita pit in Woodstock for sure...made me feel welcome!
I’ve never been to a pita pit before and just traveling through Woodstock decided to stop here to grab something before I hit the highway. They were out of stock for what I wanted, I couldn’t decide on a replacement, so I decided to just leave when staff Ocean was very helpful with suggestions. I was able to find something that was great and William was super friendly in helping me put it together. I feel like I have not had such a great service as I did with these two, very hard to find staff that seemed to enjoy their job and really want to go over and above to help the customer. I would definitely recommend this place and whenever I come back to Woodstock, I will definitely stop here. Thank you both for your help yesterday, otherwise I would have hit the highway with nothing. :
I travel throughout South Ontario for work. Any and every time I'm in Woodstock I stop in at this location. Produce is always fresh, staff and the owner are always so friendly and portions are incredible. Thanks for another great healthy lunch
It was my first time in picking up a large order for my works lunch from this location. The order was supposed to be ready for when I got there,however no one started making it till I got there which took half an hour,making me late for my shift. After some time of no one giving me an update, I asked if the order was ready, and found out it had been sitting there for 10 minutes already. Then the associate passed it to the cashier and said this is ready. The cashier then looked around asking who the order was for, as I stood right there and had just asked about it. I said it's for me, my orders, I've been waiting for it.
Just went to this location in Woodstock, and the staff were less than friendly. My friend and I were both served with cold protein one was chicken and bacon, the other was falafel. The pitas weren’t steamed so they broke, and rewrapped, but then broke again. Very minimal toppings were added, although they were requested. Cookies were over cooked as well. I do not recommend eating at this location - I’d rather drive out of town for pita pit than go here again.
Been waiting 30 minutes for a pita and still waiting. Really need to train staff on time management and efficiency when dealing with lunch crowds. The meat was burned and the pita cold when the associate finally made it to my order. Will not come back & will go across street to Subway to spend my lunch moneyFood: 1/5
Always fresh ingredients and the staff is friendly and helpful. They take care if you have a certain allergy to make sure that where your food is prepared is cleaned. Portions size is very generous.Food: 4/5
Please teach your staff using reward points towards an order is not a crime. I often buy pita and I have the right to use my points towards any order at any time. Worst and rude customer service when I tried to scan my rewards card to use my points which is expiring today. I ended up placing an online order for which the guy on the counter who worked today afternoon threw his angry face at me. I love pita pit and this is the poor customer service by far ever. Wish there was another pita pit with different management. This is my second rude encounter in past 6 months.
Horrible experience, I live in London so I usually eat at the Pita Pit here. The location in London loads up your Pita and the size is much larger. I feel that I didn’t get what I paid for at this location, $18.00 for a smoothie and a pita with two tiny pieces of chicken and when I asked for more cheese the woman said it would be an extra 2.50. Not eating here again. I love Pita Pit just not this location.
Very rude employees. Especially the middle aged woman with tattoos. Literally told my partner they could not enter the washroom with me I am disabled and was rude as heck when I tried to explain... never coming back.
