I went to Jd on xmas eve for last minute shopping and i would just love to express how great the customer service by the employees but especially by one of the employees, I want to thank the worker named tas for her amazing and such efficient customer service provided.
New store new stock alot more to see, all staff so welcoming. Great experience

Visited this store on 30/07/22, Only to find that it’s another JD Sports that refuse you the opportunity to use there fitting rooms to try on your purchase before you buy!! The staff are rude, apparently they don’t open the fitting rooms when it’s busy!! Crack on with that attitude JD we will shop elsewhere!!
Rude and never returning. Young salesman asked my boys to get off the chairs for no reason. Asked him why aren't they allowed to sit there. Then changed his story saying sure they can. Garbage attitude. Stick your store.
Very poor service on the floor. Won't be buying from them.
Don’t ever try return something it’s not worth the hassle. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a refund of a pair of trainers I sent back 2 days after receiving. I go on my jd account and it still says order processing so they haven’t even acknowledged the return. Bit of a joke.
