First time there today definitely a place to hit up for hard to find game items. Will be back for sure. Also buddy there was very helpful.

Guys are great very helpful and have decent stuff retro. Will be coming back.

The pricing here is completely off the charts for retro games, not worth your trip. Almost $200 for Symphony of the Night! $150 for a pink DS Lite. $185 for a basic N64. Visit any other store for your retro games, this place is a total waste of time.

Good customer service and lots of games from all kind of console

Only recently found this place while looking for some old ps3 games I've been dying to play, once I arrived at the store I was very happy! They had such a great selection plus tons of the games I needed at great prices. Not only did I end up buying some games I also ended up purchasing the membership which is solid for the price. 20$ and you get so many perks for the year! More trade value for bringing in items, discount on majority of the products! I'll continue to bring my business here and I suggest many others to give it a shot!!

Best retro video game store I've been to so far

Had moved into a new place and didn't want to bring all my old collection of Sony products into the new place, so I decided before donating it that I would get it assessed.  I knew there was some rare stuff here and there but with the age of digital media over physical copies, I figure my stuff wouldn't fetch that much but hey, if they want it and try to make money off of it, then go ahead.  I ended up with over a grand worth of store credit with them, I felt like they treated me with a lot of respect for my items.  I was more than happy for them to have it if it eventually ends up in the hands of a collector in the future especially what they gave me.  Excellent place and friendly people.

Final Boss consistently provides me good service, knowledgeable staff, and good prices on vintage and new video games. The staff are helpful in finding and recommending games for me and my spouse. Haven't yet led me astray!  Support local, not Walmart, and go visit Final Boss!

My experience here has been both good and awkward... I have bought decent priced Xbox games here before and everything went smooth, however one night I came in looking for a used copy of Luigi's Mansion 3. The man working Caucasian, overweight with glasses told me they only had brand new copies which is fair. When I was about to leave he told me that Luigi's Mansion is getting discontinued this month and told me that if I don't buy it now that I wont see it again in any store. The next day I go into EB games and ask the staff there about Luigi's Mansion being discontinued and about the employee working at Final Boss Video games and they told me he was trying to coax me into buying from them. Well just last week I bought this game from EB games because of this blatant lie and probably won't be coming back here because of this.

Nice Store, Great Staff, Excellent selection of games very well merchandised.
