I just wanted to say thank you very much to staff at this location for the ease of pre-ordering and for handing out a Funko Pop glow chase today for this game. I am Funko collector and I know how rare these glow chases can be. I always use this store for anything I can pre order where possible as the staff are always amazing, helpful and awesome every time I'm there.

Worst gamestop I've ever been. Stood in a 1 person alone by myself for 20 minutes because the 2 people there were ignoring me and staring at receipts for some reason. Very good to know that customers do not matter here

We were in there a few weekends ago and the two staff members were great They went over and above their job. I went in to change a remote and with the girl working. Well she was doing that a asked if I could ask a stupid question. She said no such thing as a stupid question. After I asked. The two talked and found a solution to my question. So now after Christmas I will bring in my boy to thank you two in person. I always going to this store for that reason. Your store and staff rock all the time I'm there.

Oliver and Simon were very helpful! They took the time to go through the warranty of my purchase and why it is so important. Really felt like they cared about my purchase and how they were there to help in the future.
