Me and my family had a really nice stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff helped us with our late check-in. The room we got was pretty clean and spacious, bathroom was quite nice and clean as well. At that time they didn't offer breakfasts but the downstairs restaurant and the bakery shop worked just fine! Great location, but limited parking space.

Great location at the edge of the Jasper commercial district, very close to multiple restaurants and a bakery. Owner was very helpful, directing us to activities that were good for cloudy/rainy days vs. sunny days. As far as we could tell, there don't seem to be many hotels in Jasper that are super-modern, new, etc. Same goes for this hotel. But the place is well kept, the rooms are clean, the beds and furniture are perfectly fine, and there are new televisions in the bedrooms. We were quite comfortable here for two nights and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here on the 18th of June and it was great. Matt was so helpful and gave us many ideas of things to do in the area. The location is fantastic and we walked all around Jasper easily. The room was clean and very comfortable. If you are looking for fancy you will not like this location. If you are looking for clean and friendly you will be very comfortable here. We also used the upper deck to relax and enjoy the views before going out for dinner.

A great place to stay if you are in Jasper. The location is amazing, the rooms clean, and the host, Matt, a gentleman and wealth of knowledge. Take his many suggestions seriously, they will allow you to make the most of your time in Jasper. The Filia Inn has an amazing rooftop patio which guests are free to use, and air conditioning for those hot summer nights.

We stayed at the Filia Inn this past weekend and I have nothing but incredible things to say! Matt was incredibly helpful with suggesting some wonderful restaurants and things to do and the rooms were sparkling clean. The location was central to everything. The Inn is situated above a wonderful restaurant called Olive which also has great food. Next time we return to Jasper, we'll be staying here!
