First of all, I love the water! Classes are the best. Tried many of them and chose one to go to regularly. All the instructors, like guards, and front desk people always brighten up your day.
I love the pool and people so much it is hard to leave.
I have MS and the pool is the only place I can exercise and not have problems. I have regained strength and some balance. It is an ongoing process and I enjoy it!

My boys love the pool.  There is even a water slide.  Great therapy and exercise programs available.  There is a fitness center too.
