Felix's Breakfast and Sandwich Shop

After our horrendous experience at Crepe's Tea place in West Springfield, wasting so much time and leaving it without having anything to eat, we came to Felix's breakfast cafe. It doesn't look fancy, but don't let it fool you. The food was exceptional and we got a 5 star service from a very nice lady. Apple Cinnamon pancakes were the best we have ever tried, as everything else we ordered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I absolutely love their clam chowder and they give you toasted bread with it. I finally came to eat breakfast here and it was great. Prices are more than reasonable. I'm going back asap! I ordered breakfast that came with turkey sausage eggs home fries toast and coffee.

Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2.8 services 3

Lovely restaurant with ample seating. Be prepared to wait, they get very busy, but I assure you it's well worth the wait. Food is always delicious. Menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend.

we had an ok meal at Felix’s. We wanted a better experience but the food came out wrong and the order took 45 minutes for ore-fab chicken fingers, and ore-fab cheese sticks , grilled cheese sandwich and a corned beef sandwich. couldn’t recommend

I stopped here on my way home from one doctor's appointment to another one. I hadn't been here in a while either, so it was nice to come back. The food is always fresh and well made. It tastes delicious. I wasn't sure if i had missed breakfast and I didn't so i was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting home fries with my meal as the menu said and instead got a hashbrown. but they were crispy and delicious so at the end of the day it was not that important. I think this time the coffee didn't agree with me. Other than that, it was a crazy great meal. Ill be back

i came with my best friend for the first time today at 11AM n was excited to learn it was a Latino owned business. but they had me wait 50 minutes for a bacon egg n cheese on a bagel with fries that never came so i walked out n went next door for food. our waiter never communicated anything. nobody seemed to care. 0 stars, extremely disappointed n i wont be coming back

I ordered a pork grinders n found a peace of metal from a cleaning scrub Olmost swallow it sorry they need to b cleaner or make sure everything clean before toasting the bread spend 67n it wass not good at all they lost there touch
