This is that one time that I dare to bring back the term "heirloom" (don't roll your eyes Kirk :)) for a piece a furniture. And honestly - when is the last time you could say that? Trust me, I am not trying to give you a vision of grandma's hutch here. (Is there a 21st century term that equates to the quality and providence as does the word "heirloom"?, cause this is why I'm using it) I am VERY proud to walk into a client's home and see Autonomous Furniture pieces that frankly aren't furniture - but true art. Kirk has an eye for proportion and balance that truly stands out. His keen sense of scale and use of materials is something that truly is masterful.

I have recently working with Kirk and his amazing team at Autonomous on both a custom door for my new studio as well as table tops for a restaurant project we just completed in Victoria - Lot 1 Pasta Bar. Being able to discuss design ideas and work together to create the end product is so much fun with a wood artist like Kirk, and the results are beyond my expectations. If you want a custom piece of West Coast beauty in your home or project, Autonomous certainly delivers!

We employed Autonomous Furniture to come up with a unique board room table which reflects our own companies creative culture. We are thrilled with the quality and integrity of the design and moreover our clients often comment how much they love the table. Highly recommend using these guys for your next project

We worked with the team at Autonomous Furniture to create a beautiful custom bar and tables at our newest Discovery Coffee location on Blanshard Street. We could not have asked for a better experience and we are so in love with the final product. It turned out exactly as we had hoped!

Autonomous furniture created a one-of-a-kind live-edge table for our boardroom at Prosperity Business Centre. It is a masterpiece and the focal point of our office. Their service and craftsmanship are second to none, and I highly recommend Kirk and his team.
