Never follows up even after multiple requests to do so. Had to call to coordinate deliveries and orders. Took weeks to inform me the carpet colour ordered was out of stock. Most of the prices are too high for the quality.

Salesperson not very informative or attentive.

I have bought linoleum and an area rug now on two separate occasions now.  The staff there are very professional, know the product and have years of service in the industry. I also found the pricing there to be as good as anywhere even though they are know for high quality materials.
