This is my first order from Farouj King, which I loved because it smells delicious, the shawarma is delicious, and the delivery service is fast. I thank them for the good service and I will definitely order again.
Ordered the bogo Shawarma chicken rice bowls on door dash - idk if it was because I ordered something that was bogo and therefore cheaper, but about 50% of the chicken was fat, gristle and bone. I was hoping to find my new go to Shawarma place but that was just a disappointing experience. The only redeeming quality was the rice which was very fragrant, but again, disappointing as the rest of the bowl was horrible chicken, some pickles, turnips and one glob of garlic sauce. It’s a far cry from the usual chicken shawarma bowl I get from Monaco’s on Huron church which is half rice, half fattoush salad with a good amount of garlic sauce and hummus, and great chicken. It’s a no for me. ‍ Oh, also my room mate ordered a falafel sandwich and it had super hard falafel in it with basically no sauce so pretty inedible. Very disappointing experience.
Ordered from door dash and they got it all wrong. For starters I ordered Rice, not fries, and received fries. Also I didn’t get the tahini sauce or hot sauce. Also I ordered hummus because the picture they advertised looked good, it had the olive oil and parsley and all of the ingredients, plus I asked for bread to come with it. And to my surprise also got not bread and the hummus had no olive oil or parsley. Never ordering again. Ruined my meal.
A hidden gem with one of the most authentic tastes you will find in Windsor. The family is eager to make a delicious meal and has a great service. A generous portion with an affordable cost.
Ok here we go .. this is my first time here I ate at every possible shawarma place in windsor and this place here is now top #1 spot in my opinion, I just picked up 2 chicken shawarma and this is amazing chicken shawarma by far I gotta say now the #1 spot to go get ur chicken shawarmas .. no joke the shawarmas are nice and wrapped I guarantee you nothing will fall out your sandwich everything is fresh and juice I just ordered very quickly for pick up and again very very very impressed with the food thank you again I’ll be coming here untill I get bored.
