We visited this restaurant for Father's Day. While the food tasted great, there were several issues that disappointed our experience.nnWhen we arrived, the restaurant was not busy, which seemed ideal for a Father's Day meal with my children. However, upon sitting at our booth, we noticed the table was sticky, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. We were served water and chocolate milk to start, but the chocolate milk was poorly mixed and very light, with barely any syrup, making it essentially slightly flavored milk.nnIt took at least 20 minutes for our food to arrive, which wasn’t terrible & our server was polite.nnWhen the food finally came, my kid found a long black hair in their curry chicken, which was very off-putting. We informed the server but declined a replacement because my kid didn’t want to wait any longer to eat.nnDuring our meal, there was a long period of time where no server attended to our table, leaving us without drinks. I had to get up and ask a staff member for refills. She brought a pitcher of lukewarm water without ice, which we found somewhat humorous due to the litany of bad service we received thus far, My son’s chocolate milk refill was even lighter than the first time like they used even less chocolate mix.nIs this a money saving strategy or the service was checked out at this point?nnWhen we received the bill, we noticed no credit was given for the dish that had hair in it.nThat would have been a nice gesture if they had adjusted the cost of the curry chicken due to the contamination.nnDue to the poor service, I did not leave a tip and will not be returning to this restaurant. It's unfortunate because the food itself was quite good.
We order a Family Takeout Feature and we were impressed. The amount of food was awesome. The ribs , chicken , pasta , chicken parmesan, caesar salad with a pepperoni pizza was delicious. We had family from out of town just raving about everything. Thank you to the chef and staff for making dinner night a big hit. The price was unbelievable reasonable. Thank you again Factory House. We will be ordering it again.
A small group of us stopped in for lunch. The food was fantastic, the service was good. The burgers and fries were very good. The place got busy fairly quickly after we arrived, but it is pretty large inside.nnThere.is plenty of parking and it is easily accessible from Tecumseh.
Great customer service, very attentive and checked on me thru out. Fries were hot loved them! Delicious. The calamari was not as crispy as precious visits. Ordered the factory burger it was okay. Loved the pickles very fresh.Overall good experience. Celebrating my birthday so great experience all around
Visited about a month ago.nStarted with the Garlic Shrimp Fresca, it was good, but would probably choose a different starter next time.nMy wife chose the Factory Burger double cheeseburger with onions, red relish on a brioche bun, and I had the Steak Sandwich NY strip on toasted garlic butter baguette, with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and onions.nSandwich and burger were great. Size was good. Home fries were also nice and crisp.nSome of the other sandwiches and burgers look good. Will probably visit again.
