I bought a combo which had a hair in it. When I went up to the lady working there and asked her to explain what that was, she behaved very rudely and said she’s not sure what that is. When I asked for my money back instead of a replacement she made a comment saying “you finished all of it” and then gave the refund. Terrible customer service and terrible food. 1/10

got a combo w/ ginger beef, sweet & sour pork & chow mein. all were pretty standard for a food court joint. prices felt kind of high but portion was still decent. their dry ribs are very large, crispy and seasoned just right. maybe one of the best dry ribs i’ve had in awhile. i would’ve given 4 stars if the ribs had a better meat to bone ratio and if they were chopped up into smaller pieces, as it made it kind of awkward to eat in public.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I am never going back here again. More than 3 pieces of hair in my food! I’ve been throwing up all night, and I feel terrible. It is 100% unsanitary and dirty. The food was also undercooked! Please don’t go here protect yourself!

The restaurant had no lineup at 6pm on Monday 2/13, so I walked up to order a 3-item meal to go. The experience of interacting and selecting items seemed pleasant with the older, female employee. I even gave a small tip for my takeout order. Until it came time to tap my card. This employee, with no one else seemingly around her maybe she was speaking to someone in the back, but says in Cantonese while eyeing me up — “so… do you think this is a girl or a boy?” I was pretty shocked to hear this in my native language, and was looking around to see who she was talking about — until I realized she was talking about me. I just glared and walked away. I’m cisgender female with a naturally low voice, but I’m not obligated to demonstrate that to you — nor is that any of your business as an food establishment. This comment not only affected me negatively for the rest of the night, but I could not even finish the food I got. Please do better.

DO NOT GET "PICK 3 ITEM COMBO" - they actually just give you 2.5 portions and not 3 I agree with every one star review here, this is aboslutely awful. The S/S pork tastes like it was old, crusty and over cooked, the "famous chicken" was awful... what a waste of money.

Diabolical experience. The chow mein tasted like cigarette smoke which means it was over cooked beyond belief, the ginger beef was akin to eating dry crusty skin you find on your elbows, same texture and same taste. The ‘famous’ chicken must’ve been famous for giving people food poisoning, because it was dreadful, crunchy, and salty. To top off this disaster, I soon got sick from the food. Terrible terrible terrible, please do not eat here, hopefully my call to the health inspector over this place will get it shut down so nobody else has to endure the hell I just did.

Had a bubble tea today that was advertised as brown sugar but she simply put milk and bobba balls in it and it tasted like garbage not sweet at all the lady barely talked to me

I have ordered lychee bubble tea and she cheated me with no lychee in the tea. She is Dishonest. Atleast should have told me.

Staffs are very rude and disrespectful. Food is absolutely waste, at least staff should learn how to manage customers.Food: 2/5

The worst chinese/canadian Asian food I've ever eaten. Couldn't stomach the ginger beef as if was drier than beef jerky. The "famous"chicken was the same as it tasted days old. Textures were all wrong and was way to tough and chewy. Not the best experience and I warn those who dare to eat here.
