Just because someone is asking for a small amount shouldn't mean there not a priority,if you can't help that's one thing,but if you keep telling someone your going to give them a call back then you should do as you say.Answer their emails..i know I'm busy enough in my job,I really don't have time to parent and make someone else accountable.Noone likes to be told one thing but actions show something else.this shows that your not professional and frankly people trust consistency and should be able to trust you will do as you say...I will not be recommending nor returning..glad true colors came forth before I ended up tied up in this kind of poor work tactics or even worse..Thank you universe for the heads up!
Worst experience I have ever had! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took a don't pay for 12 months offer on a stove purchased through Trail Appliances.. had no idea if there was a balance at the end of 12 months I would have to pay 35% interest on the Total borrowed amount.backpay. No warning from them prior to the 12 month expiry and no explanation. Once I realized what was going on, I paid it all of immediately only $2k but still they charged me $1500 interest.

Anna was so friendly and the whole process was so easy, highly recommend Anna, she is amazing to deal with!
The service was good up until the end then it was horrendous. When I paid my loan off early I forgot to cancel the auto payments, should be no big deal to correct. So I went in and they said they would mail me a cheque, which is a nuisance but ok. Wait a few weeks no cheque, go back they check my address info and get another one sent. Wait another few weeks nothing. So at this point I call into their main office and they tell me that the store will write me a cheque on the spot. So I go to the store and they give me a massive attitude when I tell them I want a cheque written up. They continue to argue me until I called the head office right there in the lobby and the operator had an argument with the people in the store. After I finally got my cheque and money returned with extra attitude and anger for proving them wrong. They were very condescending and said I dont know what I'm talking about.
