I really enjoyed my stay here over the weekend. The service here is great and the staff are very friendly. I stayed in the top floor. The suite is very well maintained and the room service is phenomenal. The runners are very professional. The cleanings are very well done. It's as if I entered a new hotel room and my belongings so happen to be there. The spa service was fantastic. I did not get to visit the public pool, however, the private pool was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I love the idea of an outdoor hot tub which they have for both the private and public pool/hot tub. The ski pass desk in the lobby was very helpful. It makes it easy to arrive at the hill and simply go skiing without having the hassle of going to buy tickets. I loved the style of the hotel and I will be returning to here for my next stay.

Only attended a couple of meetings there, by from what I saw the rooms were fabulous and very spacious. The staff were all very kind and helpful, everyone always had a smile. The architecture is just breathtaking, it is so beautiful. And being surrounded by towering mountains made this one of the most scenic places I've ever had the pleasure to see. I also had a breakfast there that was just delicious. The only issue is it's a good 10 minute walk to town, and in -20 weather your legs are numb after that long. Overall though, if I could afford to I would definitely stay at the Fairmont in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 2 nights in a mountain view King room in Fairmont Gold. The service was brilliant, Chloe who checked us in was lovely and gave us a tour of the lounge and showed us to our room. We were there to celebrate my birthday and after mentioning it to a couple of members of staff they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Everywhere was always clean and maintained to a beautifully high standard! Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and more than ready to help. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel will take you back in time, a time when the railway ruled travel and built the best hotels. Yet time has not forgotten this hotel, as it is filled with all the modern amenities you could imagine, from a spa and heated outdoor pool with mountain view, to fine shops and even bowling! Our room was cozy and warm and the bathroom was nicely updated. The service was 5 star all the way, from the valet, to concierge and waitstaff. Come enjoy timeless elegance and sophistication at Banff Springs Hotel.

We stayed for around 5 nights in August and the place is amazing with breathtaking views! For a hotel it’s size it’s runs like clockwork and the staff are super attentive and helpful. It’s not the cheapest place in the area but definitely worth the price. Short 20 min walk into Banff which is a beautiful town. Highly recommended!
