From Scratch – A Mountain Kitchen

First experience was a pretty good one! We ordered some drinks and meatballs. They were absolutely delicious! A great, filling appetizer. Very fresh tasting. Will definitely return to explore more of the menu. Even though the meatballs weren't gluten free, there were several options (especially baked goods) that were available

We just visited Fairmont Hot Springs for the first time and were lucky enough to find this gem as soon as we arrived. Everything we had was delicious and fresh - pulled pork sandwich on homemade bread with real coleslaw and a delicious arugula salad, cedar plank salmon salad, fries, the mac and cheese, a great burger, wood oven eggs with chorizo and tomatoes. So yummy! And great coffee! I only wish they had a different menu for lunch and dinner so they could be even more amazing creations. The lunch/dinner menu is pretty lengthy though and there are dinner features to add on. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies rock!

From Scratch offers a wide variety of dining options from burgers to thin crust pizzas to entrees like wild salmon or Moroccan chicken. You order and pay for your food at the counter, but it is delivered to your table once it is ready. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. The toughest part about eating at From Scratch is deciding what to have as all of the options are tantalizing. From Scratch is the valley's best dining experience.

I love the pizza's made in the wood oven! The atmosphere is comfortable and casual. I can always count on great food and service here. My go to in the area for sure.

Best food in the valley. They take pride in their restaurant. I got the korma, boys got pizza (wood fire oven) and pulled pork sandwhich. We ordered for take out and it was ready in 10 min. Place is clean and trendy. Service was top notch. Wish I could have tried more from their menu!
