Bear’s Paw Bar & Grill

Must have gotten new cooks since the previous reviews. Food is great, staff is friendly and the service is slow. Almost like it's a tiny resort restaurant staffed by young people learning and on summer jobs...... Lots of you people need to chill out. If you came to an old quiet dated resort expecting lightning fast service and Michelin star food you deserve a 1 star review for being an intelligent person. It's great for what it is.

Been coming here for 10 years. If you're not in a hurry servers are friendly, portions are large. Quality of service depends on time of day, day of week and time of year, but generally very good. Feels like every day is a Sunday here, so don't be in a rush and enjoy the quiet and slower pace.

My husband & I stay at the resort at least once sometimes twice a year and come here because it's convenient. There is one server who has worked here for at least the last few years and she's usually pretty good but the rest are slow and seem disorganized. Anytime we sit on the patio it takes a long time to be acknowledged or receive food or drinks. Even after that you have to flag down your server for more drinks or to get your bill. The food is ok. Wouldn't say I've been disappointed but have had better. This place probably only stays in business because it's attached to the resort. But it could be a better money maker if it was managed better.

Food was awful except the chicken wings. They should only serve chicken wings. Service was terrible. Took well over 15 minutes for anyone to greet us at the dirty table we had to sit and and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Then took over half an hour for us to get food. Used to be a great place to come for drinks. I will not be recommending it again.

Just awful. Pizza was very average.. order it if you're out of options. The rest: awful.
