Fai's Chinese Food

This place is terrible, dont go there. I asked for a bubble tea, and it was not what i was expecting, very awful taste and there were chunky white bits in the drink. I asked for a refund and they refused, so i literally left the bubble tea there and left. Screw this place seriously

Great portion sizes, beautiful presentation, and best of all, tasty! Highly recommend this small chinese spot located by the busy seniores! Truly a hidden gem 🤗

Worst experience ever! Ordered food, came with no fork or spoon... how am I meant to eat? Called, they said they would bring it. Never happened. Looked into food and saw hair inside, called back and was shouted at. Then my number was blocked! Beware! Do not eat from this dirty place again! AVOID!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Most rude and unprofessional staff. Walked in and I asked for a taro bubble tea, the boy working glares at me and acts as if I asked him can I get Italian food at a Chinese resurant. I give him the money and he walks away doesn't reply anything and takes 10 minutes to make the bubble tea. Passes it to me and says "here" I then tell him I asked for pearls and he says "we don't have any". The bubble tea was decent but the staff was so rude and had no social skills that I will NEVER RETURN. Not to mention he filled the bubble tea so high it SPILLED ALL OVER MY WHITE SHIRT AND PANTS
