Wendy's

Previous poster got it right when they said this Wendy's doesn't care. I have had more wrong orders from here in the last year than I have had from the Gulf Canada Square's Wendy's in the last 5 years. Don't know what their problem is with a combo dinner or a double burger, and no longer care. Will go over to 32 & Barlow until there's another one in the area.

This place can almost guarantee your order won't be right. People who work here don't care about quality or customer service. Now I remember why I always drive to the one on 32nd ave and barlow. Highly recommend to drive the extra 5 mins. Will never go back here again.

Orders my 2 meals and a jbc tonight. When I got home there was no straws and no jbc. Nothing like not getting the food I paid for. Looks like I will need to find a new fast food place.

On a regular basis the staff (including management) are unfriendly, do not pay attention, have zero sense of customer service, and are completely unapologetic for their mistakes (like trying to charge you for food you didn’t order). Avoid. I would give less than one star if possible.

Waiting for your order to be taken inside can take a while, I believe this is due to understaffing during busy periods. If you order your food with modifications be sure to double check both the order screen and also your food once you get it, often the modifications will be overlooked. Fries are occasionally undercooked or cold. Despite not usually being busy, the restaurant is frequently noisy, caused by patrons being too loud or their children yelling and crying. Beggars will sometimes come inside, wander around and bother most of the the patrons for change of cigarettes. Basically, its a fast food joint in a kinda crappy area.
