Factory Direct Scrubs and Duds

I bought two scrub shirts and was informed that the shipment would be coming in a week so that I could pick up the matching scrub pants in the size and colour I wanted. The order was brought to the wrong store, and so I was told it would be coming in a week from that point. I am now sitting at week three waiting on this order and none of my calls are being answered by management. The woman running the store is quite apologetic of the situation, but it's not her fault. How hard is it to get an order to the correct place within two weeks, when the order was supposed to be shipped a week before I even arrived?? Unless they have exactly what you want and need in the store, I won't be recommending this to anyone.

If you want to help a store that abuse and steal from others, go ahead. I know that my husband went there a sunday to help them with a problem they had in their store and to thank him, they are not paying for his service. Not to say that we are talking +/-100$ for a service call on a week-end! No, don't go there, they are proving that they cannot be trusted.
