Great, local shop with a ton of variety for various styles and tastes. My sister, my mom and I can all find stuff we like and that's pretty rare. Every time I shop here I get excellent service, especially recently when Andy & V helped me pick out an outfit for a public speaking engagement. We had so much fun and I walked out with an outfit that made me feel confident and beautiful in front of hundreds of people. I'm so glad I had their help, thanks you two - you're the best!
#1-Stop shopping here, there is no refund policy, only store credit. There is one piece cloth with stains, i asked the staff if I can have it returned if those are not washable, but the response is no, even they aware of it was damaged prior to the sale, still no refund policy. They do this to their returned customer who bought few thousands from them in the past. #2- It is all about Money, as small as 7 dollars out of few thousands. I was a returned customer to this store, just found out there is no respect at all. Store sales are very greedy and with no appreciation. I recommend everyone do not visit this place. I bought few thousands clothing from this place and never discuss any bit about the price, but encountered something today and found out their real attitude. There is 10% discount when you buy original price for the members, one cloth was damaged, I agreed to buy it with a marked down price of 15% since they don't refund regardless, but they intent to run two receipts and the 10% doesn't apply to the damaged piece. So the actual markdown become 5%. It would be easier just run all together for the 10% on one receipt. But they intent to run two different receipts because the difference of 7 dollars. They are very mean to few dollars to a custom who has bought few thousands clothing from them. They has no patient, become rude as soon as you disagree with what they are doing. I guess they don't care about customer at all. I don't care about the difference of few dollars, this is a true attitude. They don't deserve royal customers. There are many good clothing stores, shop elsewhere who appreciate your business. Your royalty come less than 7 dollars here, they will let you down and do not mind to run several different receipts to get 7 dollars more to piss you off at all. Not worth it.
Shopping at C’est Sera is the most wonderful shopping experience. Ashley and Andy are absolutely amazing staff! They provided so much knowledge about styling, fabric, fit and more!! I highly recommend this store!
Absolutely incredible customer service! Currently in Edmonton because my father is in the ICU at the UOfA hospital and my mom and I needed to kill some time while he was resting so we decided to go do some shopping at the boutiques on Whyte Ave. We were both dressed for comfort, not style, and we were not really acknowledged in a lot of the shops we went into. We popped into this boutique as one of our last stops and I'm so thankful we did. Andy assisted us and had so much knowledge on the products they carry, was able to pull and suggest really beautiful pieces, and above all was so warm and welcoming. This week has been one of the hardest weeks for my family and he truly helped us check out for just a little while and added such a sparkle to our day. We both walked away with so much gratitude for our experience! I will 100% be recommending this boutique to everyone I know in the Edmonton area! Again, huge shout out to Andy!!
In my quest to buy good quality clothes that will last me years, C'est Sera is my favourite store. I like being able to go in and tell the staff what I am looking for and they will give me options in my size. Like a personal shopper! They also carry a variety of quality shoe brands. In December, I purchased a pair of olang boots with convertible ice spikes that has been absolutely indispensible this winter.
Incredible customer service, every time. During my most recent visit, Rita and Andy were so useful. All the clothing is fantastic quality, but I’m particularly obsessed with Kelly Wollf’s line. Definitely worth a visit!
This place is the ultimate shopping experience! The staff are I credibly friendly & helpful. The owners spent time helping me pick out dresses, offered styling suggestions & helpful feedback! My absolute favourite place to shop in Edmonton! You will not be disappointed with a trip here!
The ONLY place I shop when I come to Edmonton. Unsurpassed service, quality and a shopping experience! So much fun. All of the staff are fun and knowledgeable. 5 stars not enough. I give them 10!

Always a nice selection of stuff and super friendly, helpful staff. Prices are pretty standard for a boutique on Whyte and they usually have good deals in the back
