F E Raimondo DDS

Friendly staff, but they constantly change my appointments. A few days before my appointment i get a text to remind me, but they change the time. When i call to correct it they tell me that something had changed and now i have to make new appointment for a different time and date. Not very professional.

Dr. Raimondo is the best! He cares about his work that is why he is so busy. His office is wheelchair accessible. His staff is always very kind and make you feel welcomed and relaxed.

I've always been one to have anxiety towards the dentist, and the staff here always makes me feel comfortable.

Requested an emergency appointment for a tooth acke back in March 2017 and got the appointment. An X ray was taken and given antibiotics. Next appointment was scheduled 3 weeks after for cleaning, called them up and said still had the tooth pain and a tooth cleaning would do nothing for the pain but they prescribed more antibiotics. Went for the cleaning session and still have the tooth acke. Was given an appointment for June 19 but still nothing has been done for the tooth acke. 3 months have passed by and still have the tooth pain so decided to search for a different dentist after having spent almost $400. Used to have a good service but this experience was really bad.
