Dr. Arezu Hanson

I had a root canal done with Dr. Hansen. Staff was nice, operation went well/ as expected. A few days later I noticed I still had pain in the root canal tooth when chewing food. My dentist sent me back to Dr. Hansen, and when she completed some tests she insisted her operation was successful but she couldn't explain the pain I still had. She then CHARGED me for the follow up visit and I had to pay her again just to inspect my tooth that was still sore.... my dentist ended up extracting the tooth. I understand root canals are no guarantee but what really bothers me is the charge I received for the post operation inspection, and no effort to help me after the failed root canal.

This was my first root canal, and up to this point I hadn't even had a cavity, so I was VERY nervous. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The hygienist/nurse/assistant was very kind and patient, even offered to hold my hand through the process because I was shaking so much. Dr. Hanson was also sweet and kind. She took the time to explain the whole process to me prior to doing anything, and answered all of my questions. She periodically checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was ok, and see if I was feeling any pain I wasn't. When I returned to my dentist to have him do the final touches standard, he commented about the high quality of her work. He said that it was extremely precise and very well done, and very reasonably priced. My dentist even said he would recommend her work to other patients. Overall, it was actually a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Hanson & her staff to anyone looking to get a root canal.

Today i got my root canal done by Dr Hanson and she did a amazing job she saved my left bottom tooth i thought it was gone lucky she is a pro Thank you so much Dr Hanson you are a life saver 5 stars from me

This was my first root canal. It was extremely painful. During my second appointment I had a bit of gum infection. She accused me of not eating carefully on the other side of my mouth and having popcorn. I told her that actually, no I didn't have popcorn and I did eat carefully. This really ticked me off!! I won't go to her again. The nurse was nice at least.
