Dr. Sarah and staff are extremely friendly and caring professionals. I have been doing to Welland Dental Care for years and I have always felt so comfortable and at ease during my dental procedures. They are always extremely accommodating to my busy schedule as well, especially when I had a dental emergency! Thanks for everything Welland Dental Care!
Always great service and a pleasant experience. Just returned from my quarterly cleaning appointment ...my Hygienist Sarah did a great job using a new......to me ......cleaning procedure which did not involve the use of high pressure water spraying as I have had in the past.. As explained by Sarah the procedure was being done this way because of Covid19 in an effort to help prevent any possible spread of the virus due to water droplets remaining in the air. She called it " Hand Scaling " I told her that on all of my future cleanings I am going to request that procedure. I was not bothered by the scraping sound one bit. As far I can tell the results of the cleaning was just as good and maybe even better than using the water spraying procedure. Thanks Sarah....10 out of 10...for you as well as Welland Dental for making a visit to the Dentist a more enjoyable experience...the staff that greets you and the professionals that service you are top notch.....stay safe all. C U in 3 months....

Dr. Sarah Mancuso is a very talented dentist. I was ashamed and embarressed about my broken tooth. Sarah and her team welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job at restoring my confidence. I smile bigger, I talk better and I am so happy I came to her. Lots of laughs and a few tears of joy, I always leave happy!

Dr. Sarah is as professional as she is lovely. The office is always very flexible with scheduling and accommodating. Very friendly and thorough.
Offered no help for my dental emergency
Professional work however they charge me insurance rates when they know I don't have insurance. I'll be switching dentists.
Dr. Mancuso was so knowledgeable and comforting. I had a great experience and would highly recommend her.
