Story

We are a group of Licensed Opticians regulated under the Health Professions Act in B.C. who have been providing expert care & attention to our valued customers over the past 20 years.

Each of our locations across the Lower Mainland carries a unique selection of both designer and high-quality frames and sunglasses, as well as, a large inventory of popular brand name contact lenses.

With sight-testing services, contact lens fittings, brand name sunglasses, custom made eyeglasses & repair services, we are able to offer a unique one-stop destination for all your eyewear needs.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone I interacted with was very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was also very impressed with the speed of my order. I provided my prescription and picked out frames on Saturday and my glasses were ready by the following Tuesday at 4:30 pm! That's 15 days faster than their larger competitor quoted me. Highly recommend!

The team is professional and very helpful. And Charles was really great. He helped me get my glasses made quick chose a frame in the morning about 10.15 and they were ready for pick up by 1pm awesome
Great selection of glasses & sunglasses. If they are not on display, they offer the option to have them ordered in. Have been a repeat customer for many years & have purchased over 5 pairs. They also have the ability to process your benefits claim which is convenient. Jennifer is very knowledgeable & was proficient in helping me find the right lens. When my glasses arrived, they did not fit right, Jennifer had them adjusted free of charge & even offered to have this service completed at any of their 3 store locations - superb customer service! I highly recommend this store for your optical needs & encourage seeing Jennifer.
I have been a customer of EyeInspire in Pacific Centre since 2017. They have a great range of products. I got my very first pair of progressive lenses over there and I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. The manager, Jennifer, spared no efforts in finding the best products and options for me and her entire team have always gone the extra mile to answer my questions and accommodate my needs. Knowing that you can always count on them for after sale services and help, sets them apart from others. I recently went back for a new prescription and I was even more impressed by their friendliness and great customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Jennifer and team!
We've been customers of Eyes Inspire for many years. The staff is professional and services are great. I recently brought a damaged pair of glasses to the store hoping to repair. Unfortunately, repair wasn't possible. However, Eryn helped me arrange for an exchange with the manufacturer. I ended up replacing the pair with a brand new one with reasonable cost. Eryn went above and beyond to help me find the best way to replace the damaged glasses. She's professional and patient. I highly recommend Eryn and Eye Inspire to anyone!
Eye Inspire has a great selection of frames. Their downtown location seems to have the most. Their staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Jennifer who has been so patient and honest with her feedback every time I look for a new addition. She has been helping me for years and I always return to her! One time I had an issue with my prescription from another company that messed up, and they were very helpful and told me what I needed to do and also remade my lense with no hassle. They have great customer service, high quality frames and I am always getting the best deals from them. Highly recommend to everyone.
Eyes Inspire has a huge selection of frames. I was helped by Eryn, who was incredibly kind and generous with her time! She was extremely patient with me when I tried on too many frames and was having difficulty making a decision. She gave me her honest opinions which I really appreciated. She never rushed me even though other potential customers arrived while I deliberating. She was also able to give me a much better price than a competitor was offering and with better lenses! I look forward to seeing her again when I go to pick up my glasses. Thank you again, Eryn!
Great service!!! Staffs are very friendly and knowleagable about their products and services they offer. Their staffs specially Tiffany and Ann who are very assistive and patience in giving you tons of choices and/or options and making sure you get the best glasses that fits your style and your budget. Me and my family just went there a week ago and purchased 4 high end prescription and sunglasses and got the best deal ever!!! I definitely recommend eyes inspire for your eyes needs!!!
