I recently visited this optometrist to have my glasses fixed, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The optometrist was incredibly kind and helpful, and not only did she fix my glasses for free, but she also took the time to clean them and ensure they fit comfortably on my face. The office was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the personalized attention I received, and I will definitely be returning to this optometrist for all of my eye care needs in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone in need of eye care services. Thank you for the excellent experience!
Absolutely wonderful service. We were visiting from out of town and accidentally flushed our contacts down the sink. Katie went through the trouble of contacting our home Iris branch, finding us a replacement pair of contacts, calling us back to let us know she was successful, and putting the contact in our hands all under an hour. Highly recommend.
Dr. Epstein was very knowledgeable and was willing to take his time to explain all that I need to know about my eye health. Overall the visit was pleasant and it's good to know that my eyes are in good health.
The receptionist is very dismissive. I understand that they are busy, but there was not even a hint of even faux good customer service. The accent is pretty intense as well, which is fine, but the way she speaks it's like I'm being reprimanded or whipped with every word she says. Tone is everything.
Dr. Jordan Chou is very friendly and thorough. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and I appreciate how he always takes time to answer my questions and concerns. Zari and Jasmine at front desk are also very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. Thank you!
If you want someone who can give you real, practical advice for your eyes, find Dr Chou. He’s amazing, been seeing him for 6 yrs.
I have been going to Dr. Sam Epstein for likely 20plus years now and I still find him to be so delightful. He is professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain his findings and answers questions. I highly recommend him for your eye care needs. The staff who do some of the testing and at the front desk are always helpful as well.
Sam & Stephanie did a good job. Stephanie made the experience very pleasant and sam did the technical part that went smooth. Very recommended on that side and i would give 5stars. But what made me give a 1 star is the billing part. A true cash grab. Be aware. Please take my advice seriously: please clarify things twice with the front desk representative "Zari". Make sure you double check twice prior of proceeding. Didn't expect my eye test to be $135 ... my benefit plan only covered for 75$. Initially i walked in there to inquire about the eye test. I was told they don't do direct billing. I left. They called me back and they said upon checking with the head office ... Yes we do direct billing. They asked about my benefits plan provider. And they said: oh yeah we will do direct billing and they will cover for it. I was not told the price of cost of the eye test. I was told that your plan will cover it. But after i did my test .. i was surprise by Zari asking me to pay a balance of 60$. I was in shock. I felt the cash grab feeling .... ! I told Zari that i was not told .. and she said: oh we probably didnt because you were in a rush last time when you stopped by. I didn't wanna argue! I paid 60$ but definitely made sure to never ever buy a thing here "i'm writing this review by the way while i am still here". I was planning to buy contact lenses and glasses and sunglasses. But after i was screwed for 60$. They won't get an extra penny from me. I will make sure to have this same review on google and other sites. Please avoid this please .. and don’t fall for it.
Extremely polite and helpful. I was in desperate situation with no contact or glasses and they sorted me out straight away. So grateful. Eye sight is priceless.
Customer experience was amazing. Katie was awesome and very helpful. I appreciate their commitment towards customer service in a day and age where it seems lost. I will buy my next eyeglasses there.
