Excellent price and terrific service. Very patient while I tried a bunch of glasses on and offered advice to find the perfect set. Appointment is needed and they clean everything thoroughly.

The customer service is amazing at the Rideau Centre in Ottawa! All of the staff is so nice and friendly, and they make sure to find you the perfect pair of glasses! I would absolutely recommend this store.

Rhonda and her colleagues were so helpful during my latest visit to Bonlook Rideau. I felt very comfortable as they were following all COVID protocols sanitizing, distancing, etc.. Very COVID-conscious, in that I was the only customer allowed in the store to try on frames made an appointment to shop. The customer service was excellent too!
