First off, this is a beautiful store Second i learned alot about oils and vinegars. I spent about an hour in the store trying different products and pairing of different products. If you are interested in cooking go for a visit

An absolute Mecca of fine Olive oils, balsamic vinegar and unique salts. I got the butter infused olive oil, truffle salt and Hawaiian Black salt.

I love this place — I’ve equipped my kitchen with 20 different oils and vinegars and enjoy being able to have different kinds of interesting salads every night. Service is great. You can try all their oils and vinegars with fresh bread. Refill your bottles! Another lovely contribution to save the environment.

This is a very nice place to buy specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars. You can sample all the oils and vinegars. They have recipe cards you can take. You can create your own little gift packs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are fantastic.

Been to this location a few times, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, obviously the selection is vast and you can sample all the vinegars and oils. I had to contact this location for customer service support, they responded to my email within minutes, and were extremely helpful. I will always stop in here if I'm in Canmore!

A store with a large variety of olive oils, balsamic vinegar, vinegars. The good part is that you can taste from each oil or vinegar and decide what you want to buy. Staff is very friendly. They have a description for each oil or vinegar. You can make different combos, oil and vinegar or only vinegars or only oils and you'll have a discount.

I loved it! Tons of samples to try the olive oils and other stuff. I got a vinegar thing that u put in sparkling water -- so good!
