Fantastic food. Always quick service and the staff are very knowledgeable. The restraunt itself is very busy so it might be worthwhile making a reservation.

Food was great, service was the worst we have ever had. The girl was so lazy she didn't ask of we wanted refills, she never gave us silver wear till 20 minutes after she delivered our food. She either needs to get out of the waitressing field of work or pick up the slack. She acted totally clueless when I gave her criticism I really hope she takes the criticism and gets better so others don't experience what we did.

We were staying at the Delta Royal Canadian Lodge and had to eat here because my husband checked out the reviews and there was no way he will missing out on a full course meal. With the kids running all over the place, we took time and decided to have a nice dinner just for ourselves. We had the set menu and it was delicious, worth the price and we were treated like royalty.

Easily our favorite place to eat in Banff. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it. Their pasta was delicious! Highly recommend. Stefen Hoos was our chef, and he came to us specifically to let us know that he was certified by the Celiac Association, and that he would guarantee the fact of my fiance's meal being gluten free. He came out a couple more times to inform us of the meal and make sure everything was perfect before we got our meal. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Awesome Food! They were very accommodating to my Celiac's needs (gluten free). For once a restaurant didn't charge me extra for gluten free bread! I had the Brococinni slad to start then had the elk medallions for my entree and to end I had the GF mousse. And everything was AMAZING. My fiancé had the elk as well and you could tell that mine was modified to be GF but he said that my potatoes tasted better and so did my bread. Ha! GF usually means "off" taste but not here. Can't wait to go back!
