The server hounded me until the food was ordered then never asked me how the actual entree was. FYI when u order a bottle of wine... u plan on staying more than an hour. $38 entree with fries ?! Little piece of veal which I’ve could of cooked better. Came from a family of red seal chefs and Italian back ground. This meal was a total disappointment. 👎🏼

They took such excellent care of us. We're planning our wedding and management gave us some drinks on the house! Great Italian food, will be back.

Stopped here after a long day of exploring the downtown Banff area. Lots of great food options and an extensive wine list (which was must needed at the end of the day). Neatest part was the bread station, where guests can choose different flavored butters and toast their own bread. Definitely a neat alternative to the typical bread basket that most Italian places offer.

Staff was amazing. Our outgoing, kid friendly waiter actually engaged with our toddlers (it was 2 yo's birthday) rather than simply tolerate them. They even honored the birthday meal discount for laughs (you get a % discount equal to your age so it knocked off 0.13 cents). Bread station was fun, food and cocktails were delicious. Pacini was hands down the best meal during our week in Banff.

Nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I had the Spaghetti Meatball and Sausage - it was decent ...kind of bland tasting. I was expecting something a little more flavorful for the price. The pizza was great however, thanks to the mouth-watering cheese! Oh and a bread bar... where you go up, pick your bread, pick your spread, and toast it yourself if desired. So good.
