ESSO Gas Station/Country Style/Square Boy Pizza/Burger & Fries/U-Haul/Propane

Had this pizza last year and it was terrible. I believe they don't care for quality as the toppings on the pizza were all underneath a lot of cheese and the person who placed the order never asked for double or extra cheese. The sauce they used is actually tomato paste and it tasted awful. I hope Square Boy Pizza's other locations aren't like this. Time to go else where if you want pizza.

I called into the Hastings store last Thursday, and received the most horrible service from the "manager". Rude and obnoxious behaviour from someone who should be trained for customer service. She complained her employee had just walked out on her, and no wonder, if that employee was talked to in the same tone of voice used when she was talking to me. Wrote the company on their webpage, no response. Wrote twice on their Facebook page, and the complaint never made it to the web. Obviously this location cares little about customer service.

Terrible. We ordered pizza etc. For delivery n they sent a drive out that got lost n called he couldn't speak English at all then hung up we get a call from a woman that he went all the way back to the store then sent her out to deliver it because they can't speak or understand English. Two hours after our order was placed. How the hell do they run a business in an English speaking country and they don't speak it or understand it. This is rediciulous. Never again will we go there or order again. Then they expected full payment. What a joke. This is the Hastings ontario store. Either learn our language or go back where you are from. We need jobs here for Canadians not people that don't care to learn run companies.

Really slow place with one staff member taking care of ice creams, lottery tickets, etc, when people just gassing up are waiting. No pay at pump option either. Avoid.
